Eutectic's clean paks

The information on this page is specific to Doom 3.Doom 3 comes with a lot of redundant, incomplete or malfunctioning decl files leading modders to wade through many assets which shouldn't be there. Eutectic's clean packs comment out these declarations.
IMPORTANT NOTE: These packs should only be used with Doom 3 v1.1 as they lack the updated declarations present in subsequent versions of the game. It should also not be used with the Doom 3: Resurrection of Evil expansion.
